While I don't believe that my struts are original (they still work great),
the fit on them is fine. They only markings on them is this code "G314/94".
No manufacturer, nothing else. The length of this thick part of the strut
is 9.375", and the diameter of the thick area is 2.25". A friend of mine
here in town who owns a De Lorean got his louvre struts from Swedish
AutoService (800) 350-7429. His look and fit good, too.

It's nice to see you are taking such an active role. I have the
"FanZilla" module in my car and it works great. I have no reservation
recommending it and if it is any indication of their other products
the "TankZilla" should be good. The FanZilla seems to be a solid-state
version of the original module with the added features that it
"soft-starts" the fans and has delayed turn-off so that you do not
get the little "jerk" when the fans kick in (driving with the AC
on used to be rather irritating due to this).

In April bought a pre-owned De Lorean, and I drive it nearly every day. So far the car has
performed flawlessly, but as I "rack up" the miles, I wonder about wear and tear on the car.
I have bought a few parts here and there to "put away" for later use as I intend to keep my
De Lorean the rest of my life. Are there are particular parts that are "rarer" than
others, ones that I may want to get now before the supply is gone?
BTW, I think this list is a great idea! Thanks!
